Initial Impression and Design
HON Ignition is the most versatile chair you will ever find with multiple height adjustments , support for every body type and fits perfectly according to your work.

You might get a bit decked up while trying to bolt the back part of the chair to the bottom since it would be really tricky but will fall into place.

The seat is quite soft and adjusts pretty well according to the body. Also, the armrest seemed very comfortable and have a hard cushion on it.
- Absence of headrest might feel cumbersome to few, but the design works fine overall since the material at the back is very supportive and gives a good experience.
Later on, you can add an aftermarket headset if need be.
The seat recliner worked absolutely fine. We tried various height adjustments and reclines, and all of it seemed to work pretty smoothly.
Moving around in the chair was pretty smooth as well, we tried it on the wooden floor as well as on other areas to check how it works.
Everything seemed great overall though too much moving around will wear out the wheels in no time. Long hairs will get spindled within the wheels easily and could later affect the smooth movement too.
The recline is something you are going to enjoy a lot since it is very easy to use and is super comfortable in every way.
Adjustments and Functions
The key feature of this HON chair is the fact that you can adjust it whichever way you feel comfortable. You can lean back with the help of the recline or sit comfortably by putting a lock at it, whichever suits you better.
It has the seat Glide Mechanism which you will not find in most chairs. The seat cushion easily travels forward, backward and then back to its position while you are working.
You also get a Tilt Lock below the seat of the chair, this helps to control or lock too much recline from the chair and eases the process. Other than this, the 360 degree Swivel provides freedom of moving around the axis freely in any direction. The chair also has an Upright Tilt that locks the chair in an upright position after you have adjusted according to your height.
You can even adjust the arm according to the other adjustments to perfect it and provide comfortable armrest. Most of the chairs that you generally encounter with doesn’t have any armrest adjustment function and are fixed at a point.
Pneumatic seat height adjustment allows you to easily adjust the height of the seat as per your height and move the seat back and forth independently to adjust upper leg length.
Most importantly, the chair comes with Lumbar support that you can either buy or opt-out while adding it to your cart. It will cost some extra bucks, but it is totally worth buying. You can easily adjust the height of the seat like we said but is independent of the seatback. So this is a must to be used for greater comfort.
